Ingredients: thymol, carvacrol, borneol, limonene, terpinene, linalool and others.

Usage:

Aromatic lamp: tonic, bactericide, insect repelling -5.6 drops of thyme.

Aroma Pendant: analgesic, if having low blood pressure and against viral infections – 1.2 drops of thyme.

Gargle: for colds, tonsillitis, cough, 1-2 drops of thyme to 1 cup of hot water; for bleeding gums, bad breath and  mouth ulcers- 3 drops of thyme to 10 ml of water

Bath: tonic, aphrodisiac- 6.8 drops of thyme.

Sauna: for skin cleansing, antiviral-10 drops of thyme to 500 ml. of water

Inhalation:  against cold, for wrinkle reduction -3.4 drops of thyme oil are added to a bowl of 1 litre of hot water and inhaled for 10 minutes

Massage: fatigue, stimulates blood circulation, fever: 25 drops of thyme to 50 ml. base oil / almond, avocado, apricot, grape seed /

Enrichment of shampoo and hair mask : against hair loss and dandruff, stimulates growth: add 10.15 drops of thyme to 100 ml. of shampoo or mask.

Foot Bath: eliminates perspiration and unpleasant odour, fungicide – 5.6 drops of thyme to bath water or foot basin.

Aroma spray: tonic, disinfecting, insect repelling – 15-20 drops of thyme in 250 ml. of water, shake the bottle and spray the room.

Contraindicated for people with individual intolerance thyme
