Use:

Aromatic lamp:  5.6 drops -reduce nervous tension and stress

Aroma pendant: 1 drop-in order to counteract stress.

Bath: 6.8 drops - reduces nervous tension and restores the power of spirit.

Massage: eliminateс stress - 25 drops composition “anti stress” to 50 ml base oil / almond, grape seed, avocado, sesame /  Rub in with massage movements.

Aroma spray: 15-20 drops of ”Stress” in 250ml water-energizes, deodorizes, purifies the air -shake bottle and spray the room.
